A company relocation is a project
In a company relocation many parties depend on each other: management, IT, the landlord, tradespeople and often a fit out that is not finished on time. Starting without a plan here costs days.
So we begin with a walkthrough of both locations and a written concept: which areas move when, which vehicles and teams are needed, which access routes and permits have to be settled. You have one fixed contact person for the whole job.
What we relocate
Besides the workstations, a company relocation usually touches areas that do not come up in an office move: stock, workshop equipment, machinery and archives subject to retention rules.
Workstations and IT
As with the office move: numbered, dismantled, transported and put back up.
Warehouse and stock
We relocate racking and stock in order, so that your inventory records stay intact.
Workshop and machinery
Heavy equipment travels with the right gear; load capacity and access are checked in advance.
Safes
The safe transport runs with the right rollers and a prior load check.
Archive
Files move in sequence, in sealed containers on request.
Winding down and cleaning
We dispose of retired equipment; book the cleaning of the old premises with it.
Dates that have to hold
With commercial property, handover dates are fixed by contract and delay costs money. So we plan with reserve and name early whatever depends on third parties, from the fit out to the network installation.
If a location is given up entirely, a full clearance belongs to it: we empty the premises, pass usable items on through the Brocki service, dispose of the rest properly and hand over swept or cleaned.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a company relocation take?
It depends on the area and the phasing. A small business moves over one weekend, a company with a warehouse and workshop over several. We give you the range after the walkthrough.
Can we keep working during the relocation?
As a rule yes. That is exactly what the phasing is for: only the area whose turn it is moves at any one time.
Do you move machinery as well?
Yes, where the weight and the access allow it. We check that at the walkthrough. For machinery with special requirements we bring in a specialist and coordinate them.
Do you also wind down the old location?
Yes. Clearance, passing goods on through the Brocki service, proper disposal and cleaning belong to the same job on request.
