The most common question: what does it cost?
There is no flat answer, and anyone who gives one is guessing. For a move it comes down to volume, access at both addresses, the route and any extra services; for a clearance you add how much has to be disposed of properly and how much can be passed on through the Brocki service.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly do I get a quote?
With clear details, usually within one working day. If a survey is needed it depends on the appointment, and the quote normally follows within two working days after it.
How far in advance do I have to book?
A few weeks for dates at the end of the month, otherwise a few days is often enough. Saturdays and the month changes in spring and summer are in heaviest demand.
What happens if something is damaged?
Tell us straight away. Transport damage is insured, and we agree the cover before the job. For valuable single items we agree the value separately beforehand.
Do I have to be present during the move?
It helps at the start and at the end, so that it is clear what goes where. You do not have to be there all day.
Do you supply packing materials?
Yes, we deliver boxes and packing materials in good time. Boxes you do not use are taken back.
Do you work on Saturdays?
Yes. Saturday slots are in demand, which is why enquiring early pays off particularly well.
Can I postpone a date?
As a rule yes, if you tell us in good time. Short notice changes are harder around the end of the month, because the dates are packed tightly then.
Do I need a permit for the removal van?
If the vehicle or the furniture lift stands on public ground, usually yes, and in the city of Lucerne almost always. We arrange it in advance.
