Disposal by Meisterumzug

Disposal in Lucerne: collected, separated, certified

We collect whatever is to go, from the floor it stands on, so that you do not have to carry it, and dispose of it by type of material through approved collection points.

  • Collection from the floor or the cellar
  • Separated by type of material
  • Usable items go to the charity shop
  • Proof of disposal on request

What we take away

From a single sofa to the contents of a whole cellar: we collect and make sure every material ends up where it belongs.

Furniture and bulky waste

Sofas, wardrobes, beds and mattresses, collected from the floor they stand on, without you carrying anything.

Electrical appliances

Fridges, washing machines, televisions and small appliances go into the electrical take back scheme.

Hazardous waste

Paints, solvents, batteries and lamps are disposed of separately.

From cellar and attic

We empty whole compartments as a cellar or attic clearance.

After building work

Construction waste, packaging and offcuts, alongside the post construction cleaning.

Usable items first

Whatever still has value goes on through the Brocki service instead of to incineration.

Why separating decides the price

Disposal is billed by weight and type of material, and the rates differ considerably. Combustible bulky waste is expensive, cleanly separated metal is cheap, electrical appliances run through the advance recycling fee and hazardous waste has rates of its own.

Throw everything into the same skip and you pay the highest rate for all of it. So we separate as we load. That is why disposal handled by us is often cheaper than people expect.

Certificate and appointment

We dispose through approved collection points and issue the certificate in writing on request. Property managers, communities of heirs and companies need it regularly. Just say so when you order.

One appointment is usually enough for a collection. For individual items a few photos and the floor number will do; for larger volumes we come round and then name a fixed price.

Frequently asked questions

What does disposal cost?

The price depends on volume, type of material and access. Whatever can be passed on through the Brocki service drops out of the bill and lowers the price. You receive a fixed price in advance.

Do I have to carry everything downstairs?

No. We collect from the floor it stands on, including the cellar and the attic. State the floor and whether there is a lift with your enquiry.

Do you take individual items too?

Yes. For a single sofa or a washing machine a short appointment is enough; send us a photo and the floor number.

Do I get proof of disposal?

On request, yes, in writing. We dispose through approved collection points and separate by metal, wood, electrical goods, bulky waste and hazardous waste.
