We comment on nothing, do not discuss the job with neighbours and work without conspicuous lettering. If you prefer, we set the appointment early in the day or on a quiet weekday.
How we go about it
Heavily filled rooms are not cleared in one sweep. We work inwards from the door, first creating routes and then clearing zone by zone. It takes longer, but it is the only way in which nothing is overlooked.
Depending on the condition we work with protective equipment: gloves, masks, protective clothing. With mould, pests or heavy soiling we tell you what else is needed before we start.
Afterwards: cleaning and making good
After a junk removal the flat is rarely simply empty. Often a thorough final clean is needed, sometimes disinfection, occasionally floors have to be replaced.
We tell you openly what is needed in your case and take on the cleaning in the same order if you wish. Valuables and documents that come to light are set aside and handed to you in person.

Anything that might have value or meaning is set aside and handed to you in person. Our staff are expressly instructed on this.
What if there is mould or pests?
Then we work with the appropriate protective equipment and tell you beforehand which extra measures are needed. Where there is an infestation, a specialist firm belongs to it.
How long does a junk removal take?
Considerably longer than an ordinary clearance, because everything has to be sorted carefully. Depending on the condition, several days is realistic. We give the range after the survey.
