Final cleaning or move-out cleaning?
The two terms are often used interchangeably, and in their result they are: both bring a property into a condition in which it can be handed over. The difference lies in the occasion.
Move-out cleaning belongs to a change of flat. People also speak of a final clean where no move stands behind it, for instance with business premises, after a clearance or once a property has been sold.
What gets checked
For flats, property managers work to a fixed pattern: kitchen appliances inside, the bathroom including the seals, floors, windows with their rebates, blinds, cupboard interiors, plus cellar and balcony. For business premises, floor coverings in circulation areas, sanitary facilities and sometimes the ventilation are added.
We work through these points systematically and record in the quote what is included. If special areas belong to it, a garage, an outdoor seating area or a storeroom, we name them explicitly.
After a clearance or building work
After a clearance the final clean is the last step before the handover. We clear, dispose and clean in the same order. That spares you the coordination between two firms and a second wait for an appointment.
After building work, post construction cleaning applies instead: fine dust, paint residue and adhesive traces call for a different approach from an ordinary final clean.

Frequently asked questions
Does the guarantee apply to business premises too?
Yes, on the same principle: whatever falls within the agreed scope and is objected to, we clean again at no cost.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Away from the end of the month, usually within a few days. Around the change of month we recommend two to three weeks of lead time.
Do I have to provide cleaning products?
No. We bring the staff, the materials and the equipment. All you need to provide is access to power and water.
Do you clean after a clearance as well?
Yes, that is the most common case for a final clean without a move. Clearance, disposal and cleaning then run as one job.
