When an apartment clean makes sense
Not every clean has to do with a handover. A deep clean pays off before moving into a flat that stood empty for a while, after an illness, after winter, or simply when daily life leaves no time for it.
Regular cleaning is possible too, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with the same team that knows your home. We set the scope together so that the price per visit is fixed.
Having it cleaned before you move in
A flat is handed over cleaned by the previous tenant, but weeks often pass between that inspection and your move in, and sometimes tradespeople pass through. A deep clean before you move in is therefore not duplicated work.
The advantage: you start in a flat that is genuinely clean, and you do so before the furniture is in it. That is the only moment when floors, cupboard interiors and windows are reachable without obstacles.
Scope and price
We settle beforehand which rooms and which tasks are included, floors, bathroom, kitchen, dusting, windows yes or no. From that comes a fixed price per visit instead of an open hourly bill.
If windows are to be included regularly, we cost them separately; see window cleaning. If it is about handing back a flat, move-out cleaning with a handover guarantee is the right job.

Frequently asked questions
Does the same team always come?
On regular jobs we try to arrange it, and usually it works. It is easier for both sides, because arrangements do not have to be repeated every time.
Do I have to be at home?
No. Many clients leave a key with us. However that is arranged, we record it in writing.
Are windows included?
With a deep clean on request, and on regular visits usually at longer intervals. We show it separately in the quote.
Do you clean furnished flats before moving in?
Yes, but the cleaning is most effective before the furniture is in place. Where possible we put the appointment before the move.
