Learn moreOur cleaning services
Most often we are booked for handing back a flat. Alongside that we clean offices and business premises, once or regularly, and take on the fine cleaning after building work.
Move-out cleaning
Move-out cleaning brings the flat into the condition the property management expects, with a handover guarantee.
Final cleaning
With final cleaning we attend the inspection on request and put right anything that is objected to.
Apartment cleaning
Apartment cleaning is available without a move too: as a deep clean or on a fixed schedule.
Office cleaning
Office cleaning runs outside your working hours, once or to a plan.
Window cleaning
Window cleaning covers the glass, the frames, the rebates and the blinds.
Post construction cleaning
Post construction cleaning removes fine dust, paint and adhesive residue after building work.
Why handover inspections fail
Handover inspections rarely fail on the floors. The same places are objected to almost every time: the oven and the extractor hood, limescale in the shower and on the taps, silicone seals, window rebates, blind slats, the insides of fitted cupboards and the cellar.
Those are exactly the places most easily forgotten in a clean done yourself, and the reason a second appointment becomes necessary. We work through them systematically, because we know what property managers look at.

A fixed price instead of an open hourly bill
Billing cleaning by the hour is a risk for you: you cannot know beforehand what you are letting yourself in for. So we name a fixed price for a clearly defined scope, and what is included is set out in writing in the quote.
The basis is a short survey or your details on floor area, number of rooms and condition. If something comes up that was not visible beforehand, we say so before we do it.

Frequently asked questions
What does the handover guarantee mean?
If the property management objects at the inspection to something that falls within the agreed scope of work, we come back and clean it again at no extra cost.
How long does a move-out cleaning take?
A three and a half room flat takes about a day, depending on its condition. Larger properties or heavily soiled flats take correspondingly longer. We state the time frame in the quote.
Does the flat have to be empty?
Yes, for a final clean it should be cleared. If both the move and the cleaning are with us, we coordinate the dates directly.
Do you clean the cellar and the balcony too?
Yes, where they belong to the flat. Mention it with your enquiry so that both are in the quote; they are inspected along with everything else.
