How we work
A large part of our work is preparation. What goes wrong on moving day or clearance day almost always comes back to something that was not clarified beforehand: an access road, a staircase measurement, a missing permit.
So we look at what we are being asked to handle before we name a price. It takes half an hour and it is the difference between a quote that holds and an estimate that has to be corrected afterwards.

Our own staff
We work with our own trained staff rather than with agency workers hired at short notice. You notice it in small things: how a wardrobe is picked up, whether the stairwell gets covered, how a team talks to each other when space gets tight.
For special transport, pianos, grand pianos, safes and art, we send trained teams with the right equipment. Where we are not the right firm, we say so and recommend someone who is.

Prices you can follow
You choose between a fixed price and billing by time and material. With a fixed price we carry the risk that it takes longer; by time and material you pay only for what is actually used. What stands in the quote is the complete list. Surcharges that appear only on the invoice do not exist here.
If the scope changes we say so before, not afterwards. More on this under prices.
Sustainability is not a slogan here
A clearance is where it is decided whether usable furniture is incinerated or passed on. We sort, and whatever still has value goes to a charity second-hand shop through our Brocki service.
That is not only sensible, it is economical: disposal is charged by weight, passing goods on is not. The benefit lands directly in your quote.
Frequently asked questions
How do I reach you?
By phone on 0800 212 211 or through the contact form, see contact. For anything urgent a call is faster.
Do you also work for companies and public bodies?
Yes. See company relocation and government move; for public tenders we quote according to the tender documents.
Do you use your own staff?
Yes, trained permanent staff. At peak times we bring in partners we know, not agency workers hired at short notice.
